The Polymer Palace "Guardians"

My personal life has been in turmoil since mid 2002. Between fire, marriage break ups and deaths a heart can only take so much. During this time I was supported by friends in the polymer clay community worldwide. I was totally unaware of the positive thoughts being sent to me until the post man began to arrive with unexpected parcels from around the world. A group of my chatting friends had gotten together and planned the GUARDIANS to keep me and my world save.

Earth Goddess, Frog Guardian and Bird Guardian

I am the frog Guardian.
I guard the rivers and streams around the Palace
and the woman within!

I am the Bird Guardian.
I guard the mountains and the sky around the Palace
and the woman within!

I am the Earth Goddess.
I guard the Earth around the Palace
and the woman within!

Troutswallop

Dear Petra,
My name is Mr Troutswallop,
and my friend Michelle has ordered me to guard your Palace.
Any evil spirits are instantly annihilated with
one flick of my tail, ensuring the Palace
and those in it can come to no harm.
My trusty trout, which I use to wallop
those who dare to raise my ire, is presently
being repaired due to overuse by the Anzac Polyclayers.
Place me in a position in your Palace
where I can see all comings and goings
and rest assured I will serve you well!!

Guardian Dragon

Dear Petra,
In this old box a treasure lies,
A Dragon, Stones and Crystals,
Your very own Palace Guardian.

A Copper Dragon, asleep right now
will guard the Palace at night
helped by the crystals and stones inside.

The Bloodstones all green with yellow-brown specs,
Will give courage and strength
and the Black Obsidian protection,

The Amethyst is for love, dreams, healing
and to help with stress
and the clear Crystal Quartz to bring you
power and focus.
I hope you like this little treasure
may it protect you and your Palace.
